  I love Dr. Griffin. She is wonderful with a great sense of humor and fabulous bedside manor. However, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't stay with ODA. I tried to order an IUD a month ago. They said they would check with my insurance and call me in about 3 days. 2 weeks later no phone call so I called them. They hadn't checked with my insurance yet. I had already checked with insurance by that time and they said it was covered. After playing phone tag with them for about another 2 weeks they called and said it wasn't covered by my insurance. I have just confirmed it is 100% covered. I'm so frustrated! I almost had an unwanted pregnancy which wouldn't have happened if this place could just get it together.
