  Great gym (with plenty of equipment) and a solid coaching staff who are keen on paying attention to form. The programming is a healthy mix of strength and Metcons.

  I've been a member here since Sept 2017 and have CrossFitted at other boxes around the country since--the programming here will pretty much prepare you for anything. The coaching is superb and the people that train here are among the fittest, down-to-earth people I've met yet.

  Missed these guys so much! Can't say enough how much of an awesome group of people Oculus Crossfit has! The coaches are always there to help you and motivate you. The programming is top notch so you're sure to always get a solid workout. They are so great to newcomers and adjust to any level. Start of class always begins with a proper warm up with mobility exercises so injuries are less frequent. LOVE IT!

  Love Love Love this gym! I joined crossfit 6 months ago and I was extremely nervous. The coaches are the best, not only do they make everyone feel welcome they spend the time to ensure everyone is comfortable and know what they are doing. The members here are lovely and welcoming and the box is fully equipped with fantastic equipment and showers. I am excited to wake up every morning and go to the gym! World class gym, trainers and people - what more do you want?!

  Fantastic CrossFit Box. The coaches are excellent, really know their stuff and are beyond patient. The facilities are great. They have all the main CF equipment including ropes for climbing. Plus they have really nice shower facilities and keep the place super tidy. The membership is pretty varied with absolute beginners to people who consistently RX. You are all in the same class and the coaches are really good at scaling the workouts so that everyone is challenged. You are never bored with the programming. All the members are super supportive good folk. Great place to get in shape. Can't recommend it enough!
