  I went to the hospital with my daughter and we were told that they didn't want me to leave her unless I was going to get a blanket from the next room. We couldn't order food till late and when we told them what we wanted they said ok it will be there in an hour. It never showed up. It is now 9pm and the nurse just brought her some food dry cereal, pudding, and apple juice. I don't really care if I eat but we had been asking for hours and just got junk. This makes me mad and shows how far down hill Ochsner has gone.

  My aunt is in this hospital and is being treated worse than a dog. Nurses hang up the phone on her. Won't give her clean towels. Food is served cold. Despicable.

  We waited for 2 hours and nothing... my mom was very ill. Will never come to this er again.

  They need to invest in their main campus to 21st century standards. Sharing a room with a broken tv and noisy roommate is definitely not therapeutic. Processed ham on white bread considered a meal is an atrocity to healthcare. What happened to privacy?

  Well equipped hospital
