  First time trying this place worth the drive I love that it did not have all that fat when you fried it I even had to add a little bit of olive oil so it wouldn't stick to the pan it's really a lot of good flavors for the vegetarian the soye is very flavorful I would only use it in a chili or something with broth they had a chili verde chorizo that was delicious definitely my favorite

  I live in Pomona and i drive down here just to get some Spicy Chorizo ! Definetly the best chorizo , worth the drive.
