  I’m 6’2” tall with a party of 4. We stood at the host station for 15 minutes waiting on a host to seat us. There were 2 servers and 1 barkeep in view while we waited. After the 15 min wait our party left and went to Texas Roadhouse where we were seated within 1 minute. Disappointed!

  Love O'Charley's! They always have great food and amazing service. Our last visit our server was so friendly!

  How is this place still open? Absolute worst service ever. I haven't been here in years, thought I would give it another shot. This will definitely be the last. Food not too bad but slooow and yes that is my salad after I had to remind to get during my meal. Should have went to Chili's

  I ordered the Southern Chicken Salad, they left off the hard boiled eggs and the bacon. The salad was fresh though. I ordered Happy Hour Long Island Iced Tea, they charged full price. I did mention the salad but not the drink price. We had some place to be. Just an okay experience.

  Our first time there and it will not be our last. The food was very good and the prices are excellent. The service we received was exceptional. I felt as if I had come to a family members house and sat down to eat with them. This type of service and food says clearly, PLEASE come back and see us again and we intend to do just that.
