We had an amazing time at this hotel. It was a little far from south beach. But this hotel was clean and modern. The morning staff were amazing. Alex and Belkys went above and beyond everytime and made our stay that much more enjoyable. The guy who worked at night was not friendly and would not help our request for towels or a simple bag for ice. But we won't let his indifference and lack of customer service give this hotel a negative review. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to couples or anyone.

Poor service, horrible room wreaking of mildew. Staff poking their head in our room without so much as knocking. Many hotels in the area much nicer. The hotel is called Oceanside but it is a long walk to even see the ocean. It must have been Oceanside a little closer to the biblical flood! I should have guessed when our cab could not find the place after circling twice. It does have a free happy hour at the bar next door. I don't care to drink but if you book at Oceanside you may want to drink plenty before going to bed.

Spectacular rooms for the price, friendly staff, over all clean building and reception area. Nice little dip pool too. The room size was great and our well behaved was welcomed readily. We would definitely stay here again. P.s. There is no included breakfast but for the price of the room in an in demand area we weren't really expecting there to be. As noted parking is limited, but it's the same for all the hotels unless you stay at a much more expensive place where you're going to spend an extra ~35$ a day on parking

Room was nice and clean. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Location is good with a close by public beach and restaurants. Only issue is the parking situation. There is no onsite parking lot nor valet parking. You have to park in a public parking lot witch is in 5-6 min walking distance.

Boutique hotel on 63rd so a good location. Rooms are good and staff also. Rooms are good and spacious and I wasn't worried about the lack of a view. Free wifi and overall very good. The pool is a deep puddle and not sure Michael Phelps would fit in it!
