  We called several hotels while road-tripping. We just needed a place to sleep. . $350-$420 were prices at chain hotels. That was a lot just to lay out heads. Then a quick search and this darling motel popped up. We called and we were booked at this unknown, to us, motel. OC motel gets a high rating across the board. Sweet, quaint and cozy. It looks like the owners renovated an old tired hotel with all the favorite big chain amenities. Beautiful, clean, soft linens & towels, big TV, Wonderful coffee machine, and continental breakfast which was a BIG surprise given the price. Pictures do not lie. Look at these darling pictures. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable sleep, stay, coffee and breakfast.

  Enjoyed our 1 night stay here. Love to see less hotels use carpet! Nice wood floors and tile make the place feel and look much cleaner. Nearby the beach and restaurants. 👍🏼

  This was an amazing value for the cost. Has a cool California vibe in the rooms. The staff were pleasant and the lobby and rooms were clean. Light breakfast was included. My only complaint was the mattress was very firm. Big LED TV. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

  It was a great clean hotel with pleasant employees. We stayed for a week and it was reasonably priced with updated rooms, amenities and exterior. Again, all the staff were very pleasant and we felt welcomed by the other guests. We just slept here and enjoyed our days elsewhere, but we would return for our next trip. We didn't walk anywhere we were going, strictly drove about 30 minutes each way, beach, Disney, family's houses.

  OC Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was also perfect - close to the Newport beach. They also serve complimentary breakfast which was impressive to me. I can highly recommend OC Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city.
