::Such a cool little community! Everybody's friendly and it's small enough that you don't feel like just another face. Liz got me in FAST too! It's a live/work community, so if you have a little side hustle or a full time gig, your home can also be your base of operation. My little studio is perfect and I love the grey walls. The only thing this place is missing is card operated washers/dryers. Once those are installed, it'll be a 5 star place!

::This was by far my partner and I's favorite place we lived in Phoenix. The people are incredibly friendly, Sandra from the office is absolute one of the kindest people I have ever met. The apartments are a fantastic use of space, the neighbors are friendly and the place is just very mellow and easy going. The neighborhood is a bohemian chic, and while it has its rough edges we felt safe and happy there.
