  This place never has staff, it always takes at least 2 hours to be seen and then a hour to talk with the person. Smh as soon as my insurance is believe I'm leaving this place. Very unprofessional. If I was the insurance companies I wouldnt trust this place. Seriously only 1 person here and I've been her 4 other times and once there was a note tha th said they wouldnt be in at all. Smh

  Richard Alvarado was incredibly helpful and he took good care of us. We are pleased with the visit and look forward to have Oasis as my future insurance, as my grandmother continues to use their service.

  Lady is rude and when i told her the quote was too expensive she rolled her eyes up at me. Had a big attitude and was un helpful in person. When i call it rings and rings. They lost Francisco and now they suck really bad

  Mirna is veryyyy sweet, and helpful. She was pretty efficient, fast, and knew what she was doing. I will continue to visit the wetmore location because of her kindness.
