::Rude! Was looking for a place to clean 3 heavy wool coats and reattach some buttons that had come off. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was extremely condescending and rude. I asked for a rough time and price estimate and she started asking me about designer names? When I told her I really just needed to know how long it would take since I'm on a time crunch, she said "well you wanted a rough price estimate, that's what I'm trying to give you" in the sharpest tone. I hung up. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.

::I’ve been taking our gowns, suits and stage clothes here for years. From sequins to silk, I’ve never worried about our expensive and irreplaceable “work” clothes. Not the cheapest place in town by far, but you get what you pay for. It’s also in my favorite little shop strip in town. Independently owned gift shop, salon, furniture, shoe and workout shops. 10 years coming here and felt it was about time I reviewed.

::Oakwood Cleaners did an impeccable job on cleaning and preserving my wedding dress! For a fair price, they were able to transform my dress from the mess that it was at the end of my wedding night. I was so impressed with the packaging my dress will live in and the condition of the dress is as good as new! Thanks so much for doing an amazing job!!

::They were extremely nice and helped us out when we ran into an issue with my wedding gown. The date had to be postponed indefinitely and rather than just taking our money to preserve it like we thought we wanted, they gave us a breathable bag to contain it until we could use it (for free). I'll use them from here on out. There's a lot to be said for a little honesty now days.
