  I've been banking with them over 20 years. They refused to give me a roll of quarters, not even one. If I can't get quarters from a bank, where can I get one? So ready to close my account as soon as I find a better one.

  Best bank! I had issues with my account due to being scammed and they helped clear everything up! It’s a golden 1 across from my house and I always go to this one instead due to the friendly customer service! The manager is also very friendly and helpful, she was the main one to help with my account. Thanks again for everything! 😊

  I wanted to open a simple savings account. Tried to go to the Clay street branch, However due to parking, I made my way to Grand. When asked what they could assist me with. I stated i would to open just a savings account. I was then told by an ethiopian young woman. That they were short staffed and going to lunch and no one could assist me. Until 2:30/3pm she wasnt sure. There were 3 employees and 1 female manger all in plainer sight currently celebrating someone with pictures and flowers. And I was the one customer insight. The time was 11:30. Horrible customer service. Would have been a first time customer. But NO THANK YOU

  Made me wait for 15 minutes before telling me it was too close to closing for me to open an account. Then sent me on a wild goose chase to other branches to open an account. Each person says something different. No one knows what you need to open an account if you're out of state.

  Worst bank ever! They will lie and say they sent you documents when in fact they did not send. Brainless customer service reps who do all they can to inconvenience you!
