::Worst service of any shipper that I have ever used. I consistently get "Failed to Deliver" notices without any sign of attempt to deliver slips. I am convinced these people just leave packages in the van and mark them as undeliverable so that they do not have to walk any amount of distance. This happens even though the parcels will fit in the mailbox. DO NOT USE THIS ANTIQUATED AND INCOMPETENT SERVICE!

::I wish I could give no stars. Extremely rude EVERY SINGLE TIME. Steven continually gives me problems every time I come asking for any sort of assistance. Today I was listening in on a conference call with the phone to my ear and not talking at all and he refused to mail my package until I hung up even though I was not speaking into the phone. I walked out and will never be going back. This is not the first time Steven has treated me like this. Beyond unacceptable.

::They consistently lock the doors WELL BEFORE the posted times. PO Box customers PAY FOR THE SERVICE (I use the term "service" loosely) and demand access to the mail. I have consistently been locked out 30+ minutes BEFORE the doors are scheduled to be locked per their own website. PO Box access SHOULD be 24-hours, but that's another issue entirely.

::This branch has had a package of mine for days. They state that they can't gain entry to my complex but have no issues delivering my normal mail. When I went to the store, there were 4-5 of us walking in at the same time, we get up to the counter and are told that they were now closed. No signage, no locking of doors, no customer service. Find another branch at all costs.

::Sent via regular mail an important document and it never reached its destination. Perhaps a ploy to ensure an up charge for priority shipping? Either way a simple letter should’ve been delivered from Dallas to Austin! I just needed a stamp, but there machine never seems to have any! So I’ll not be going to this branch anymore.
