::Drinks are expensive...so bring our own...IN A FLASK...They say there are over 70 "secret" doors but 80 % of the house was locked off due to "Guests". I would not spend my money ion this again.

::The Mansion On O Street is hands down the quirkiest, weirdest thing to do in Washington, DC. It's a mansion in the heart of beautiful Dupont Circle. It fits in nicely until you walk inside into a world similar to what Alice walked into in Alice In Wonderland. It's a mansion of dozens and dozens of rooms each filled with the most random "junk" from old books to creepy trinkets to signed guitars from rock and roll legends (okay, that's not junk). Every single item has a price tag and is literally for sale. As you walk from floor to floor, you're meant to find 70+ secret rooms. I've been three times now and have only found 7-10 secret rooms, but when you do find them, they lead to entire parts of the house v. just one room. The mansion is a working hotel and you can book any of the rooms (for hundreds of dollars). They have a bar and food service inside. A tour costs between $15-$30 but it's worth going at least once. It's also a great event space (for a quirky event) or team building activity. In a city full of suits, The Mansion on O Street keeps DC weird...well, at least a little weird.

::Fun time trying to find all the secret passages and seeing the eclectic items that were everywhere. Some influential people have stayed here, both long and short term. Worth a visit!

::Such a fun museum! There are a million different things to see and explore. Staff was friendly. Try to find more than 5 of the secret doors/passageways.
