  Horrible/non-existent customer service. Rigid employees who hardly acknowledge potential renters let alone existing residents. Was told multiple times "I don't know how to answer that/I don't know what I'm doing and the person who does is gone." Additionally, they allow residents to smoke and the entire building stinks. DO NOT rent here unless you are desperate and have no other option. That was the case for us, and we still ended up fighting to terminate the lease early once something better came along.
