  It's good to have a bike shop in lower Manhattan with knowledgeable mechanics that are trying their best to fix your bike. Tune ups are reasonably-priced and turned over quickly. Keep up the good work!

  Their professionalism is firm and secure. No snobby attitudes. Helped me find a part at another shop when they didn't have it in stock (which is stellar customer service). Great bikes for sale too, like a need another one lol, as well as needed accessories. Plus they have the best jerseys from some exclusive companies.

  My wheel was a little loose so I stopped in to borrow a ratchet. Instead Dillon tightened it up for me and put a new nut on since mine was almost stripped. No charge and super friendly. I'll definitely be back to buy something many more times.

  I get all my bikes serviced at this shop. They know what they are doing and never try to sell me anything that I don't need. They also have a good selection of quality gear and accessories that I always seem to need. You're in good hands at NYC Velo.

  I went here for a general service on my single speed. They have a special rate for a single speed of $50 which is great value. They got my bike running smoothly again. Really nice guys and super helpful.
