  There should be no stars I’m giving 1 star because I don’t have options. I would have gave. -100 Tlc is the the worst institution I came across in America. Shame on you TlC and your employee. Lazy dumb lame nasty disrespectful ugly greedy racist.

  its the most profitable business in the world ! just give plate with T&LC on it & then boom ! start making money ! give tickets , charge for inspection and let driver break own expensive vehicles back to back ! good job nyc gov ! and bdw min wage is 2$ an hour 🤣😂🤣

  I don't understand why TLC has to give the clients up to 2 months to wait for the license, we are paying a lot of money to wait up to 2 months. Why not email a temporary paper with ID info just like DMV does which makes more sence since people are waiting for it to start working.

  The worst customer service in my life. I would like to suggest that TLC needs enough customer service employees and maintain their service quality as worth as the took lots of money from car owners. Thanks

  TLC cops just gave me a ticket for not having my TLC license on display and no communication and giving me bad attitude they should at least be nice and give me a warning for new TLC Driver is not right how they be acting
