  If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst garage staff I have ever encountered. They damaged my car and made it a nightmare to just file a claim. Avoid this garage at all costs.

  Worse attitude manager. My car was parked there this past Tuesday ,2/20. At around 6:10pm I go picked up my car. I paid them and tipped them. When my bring my car up, my driver’s side mirror was gone. So that’s when the employee told me that they bump my car and broke my mirror that day! The mirror glasses was scattered all on my driver’s seat! There r huge scratches on the front of me car on left side. The painting of the car was off. Two of the employee admit that damages was from them when they bump the car. They said they will fix it and tell me to pick up Thursday morning. So for two days, I have no car and paid all the rides from going home from work and going to work. Thusday morning I went to pick my car expecting everything is fixed! But, when I see it, they replaced my mirror with the old one and also with wrong model. There is huge scratch on the mirrors and the mirror glass looks different. They didn’t fix the scratches and deny the scratches was from them. Manger was arguing with me that this scratches was not their fault and they didn’t do it! Not even an apologize from the manager, and then he blame me for the scratches. The last thing he said is “well this happens. Don’t come to park here anymore”! I called the corporation “claim department” and talk to this guy and it was also a joke. This guy makes me repeat so many times of my story and acts like he don’t know what’s going on. Act like he don’t understand the story. He took my name and number down and told me upper facility management will call me back... I’m still waiting for the call!

  Absolute worst. Drove up with reservation, told to leave because they were full. Zero attempt to be helpful and rushed me out.

  I called ahead to save a monthly parking spot. When I showed up the employee told me "No spots, we're full". Without even giving me any eye contact. After his manager told me there were spaces. So I left, rather than deal with that jerk. Went back today when the manager was there and he told me they gave the spot away because I didn't show up. I responded, I did show up but your employee ignored me so I left. I would never give these idiots the keys to my car. I suggest that you take your car, money, and time else where. These people have ZERO respect for the person that's handing them money. I can't imagine how they would treat your vehicle when you're not there. There is a much better parking lot on the other side of the park. Go there instead and save yourself so much trouble.

  They are extremely lazy and disrespect people. The staff asked me the name of car when I called first time. After I mentioned it, the guy rudely said "what?" and hang up the phone. I called again. Of course no apologize. and asked me what car I needed. I feel he was kidding me or foolishing around. I mentioned name of car and time over and over. I even spelled the name of car over 10 times but the guy kept asking me what the name of car. THIS IS EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS.
