  Worst experience, I was on the line yesterday from 10am until 3:30 and after checking in and being told that I was getting both test the ordering NP refused to do the rapid test indicating that they don't have more, but then the person behind me was able to get both test.

  Imagine i just came back from 165 Vandibilt in s.i.ny. testing and COVID-19 vaccine is given, but no rabid test, results in 3 days.I was 2nd in line and had to leave to go over to the ferry terminal.Merry Christmas 🌲🎄🎄🎄🎄 and Happy New Year.

  This location is my very favorite. The staff is friendly and responsive to any questions asked related to Covid it’s a Clean and safe environment. Results are available quickly. Thank you Health and Hosptial.

  Got my Covid PCR and rapid test here - they administered both at once. I received my rapid results within the hour and my PCR in about 48 hours. I waited in line for almost 2 hours because the lab had to close for 30 minutes at one point; they can only run a limited amount of tests per hour (understandable). The ferry terminal has ample space, everyone was spaced apart, and the testing site was right by the entrance doors, which were open. There was consistent communication while we were waiting, so we always knew the status of our wait. Once inside, you go through 3 checkpoints - one for registration, one for a consultation with an NP, and finally your test with a certified nurse. Everyone was super patient, friendly, and clear. All the chairs and equipment are wiped down after each patient, and there is lots of ventilation in the testing area.
