  This is perhaps the WORST agency in the city, I have personally called many times in reference to asbestos critical violations and after giving me the runaround, when the inspectors went to the job sites, shaked hands with supervisors and leave without going in containments, it's a shame how unskilled untrained and irresponsible people are inspectors. This agency should let the US EPA CID take over. what a joke!

  It is very slow to address issues and irresponsible organization.
