  A super welcoming, beautiful space for all levels. Laura and all of her teachers, especially Erina, bring a beautiful energy to their classes. There are also enlightening workshops every so often, and donation cat yoga, my personal favorite, where cats (up for adoption) from HiTor Animal Shelter roam the studio as Laura leads a yoga class. All money and items collected for the class go directly to the cats.

  Everything I have looked for in a yoga studio...and much, much more...knowledgeable teachers who actually guide you through the class. They spend a lot of time walking around the class and not teaching from their mat. The classes are challenging, yet really fun. They make you want to push your limits. If you haven't tried it, your missing out on a great yoga experience. Love, love, love this studio.

  From the minute I enter this yoga studio I feel calm. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for 20 years there is a class for you here. The teachers are terrific and approachable, they listen and guide you. They have recently expanded their offerings to include aerial yoga which is a lot of fun. One of my personal favorites is the Friday "happy hour" class which incorporates different musical themes each week taught by a different teacher each week. Drop in and chat with Laura or Brian about starting a practice or expanding your current one, you'll be happy you did.
