  Nyack Boot Camp is a transformative experience. The owner/trainers Beth and Peter not only provide a varied and intensive workout, but they do so in a fun and collegial environment. In the past year, I have increased my strength and stamina while making wonderfully supportive friends. I highly recommend giving Nyack Boot Camp a try. You will be hooked.

  I am incredibly grateful to Peter and Beth. As a guy in his 40s, who had struggled to move beyond a particular threshold of strength and stamina, Nyack Boot Camp brought me to a new level I didn't know was possible. Beth and Peter have created a supportive and nurturing environment. I can't recommend it more.

  Since 2012, Nyack Boot Camp has helped me transform my body and my health. Beth and Peter are highly trained, knowledgeable, and caring. Workouts are fun, challenging, and adaptable to each person's needs, so they're suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

  Peter and Beth are knowledgeable and experienced! They genuinely care about all of their clients. I have been working with them for 3 1/2 years and continue to get stronger every day!

  The fitness and training at Nyack Boot Camp is top-notch. At 40+ I'm in the best shape of my life. Beth and Peter bring joy, knowledge, and enthusiasm into the room and cater each individualized workout to the needs of the students. I highly recommend them.
