  Very very helpful staff. There is a guy who is mother tongue Italian and since I don’t know any hardware terminology that was supremely helpful. Also they have materials I couldn’t find elsewhere like floor transitions in various sizes.

  The people at this site have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been here many times and they are always able to help me think through a project.

  One word - crooked. Watch the guy at the register like a hawk and check your receipt and bag before you leave. He tried to put two extra little bags of fasteners and charge me for them. Undoubtedly hoping that it wouldn't be worth going back to get the refund. Well, since I live one block away I went back...asked for my money back, he didn't say a single word while he gave me a refund and his body language told me exactly what I needed to know, that mf did it on purpose and he knew it. Go to the hardware store a block away on 3rd instead and 104 instead.
