  Very happy with my experience with NY City Blinds. Roei was very responsive throughout the free consultation process, and Andrii and Max did a great job with the installation. Overall an extremely smooth experience from start to finish, and the blinds look great!

  Very professional, great customer service and follow up, great installers, competitive prices. I bought wooden blinds and a special order curtain. A representative, Matan, came. He presented an array of products. His advises were spot on. Guy in the office was helpful in resolving some light matters and he was very accommodating to my needs. The installers came and again they were very professional. One of them was Avi. He was fast, respectful and well mannered. So were the other ones. When I had to contact the company, my calls were answered and returned. Three years after installation, I needed some repairs. They took care of everything generously and to my full satisfaction. I would highly recommend NYC blinds. They were honest, trustworthy and kept their promises. I call that excellent business.

  The two-man team was on-time, courteous, & completed the installation in under an hour. The price was competitive, and there was room for negotiation. The cost included FREE measurements and installation, big advantages.

  So glad they're on the UWS in a convenient location. The guys were very helpful and accommodating. They helped me select the correct type/ material for my apt! Great customer service and flexibility!!! I highly recommend this place if you’re trying to find great customer service and value in the city. They even took the time to educate me on the build/ how to make my blinds last- Those are the little things that make me want to come back.
