::It's been two months of back and forth with this company and they still haven't resolved the plumbing issue leaving us without hot water over Christmas and New Years. When I scheduled a return visit because their original "fix" created a new issue I specifically scheduled a morning two weeks away so I could take off work. They reschedule me without asking the day before the appointment and never confirmed. I was forced to take an entire day off work and hope they would show up to fix their own mistake.

::Was assigned this company by First American Home Owners Warranty. Post that, I had to contact them and schedule an appointment for the plumber to come by and take a look at the water heater that was leaking. This was the worst part of the process. It was absolutely impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone. I would leave a voice mail each time and also asked if they had an email ID I could use to schedule an appointment but looks like phone was the only option. After finally scheduling it, the appointments got moved around a couple of times and it finally took about 4 weeks before I could finally schedule something. Thankfully, it wasn't a super emergency. Travis, was the person who came in to work on the heater. 5 stars for his service! 'First American' sent over the wrong heater despite him specifying the right dimensions. He could have simply said that it wasn't his job and left, but he went the extra mile to get the job done the same day. What should have taken 15 mins, took over 5 hours because of a mix up by the warranty company. Travis made multiple phone calls and ultimately went out to multiple stores and picked up the right heater and came back and replaced it the same day. Really appreciate him taking the extra effort to get the work done. Great customer obsession on his part! 5 stars for Travis! 1 star for the trouble with scheduling the appointment.
