::I have been with this company for about a week now and I honestly cannot WAIT to be done. This company has called me at least 6 times in the last 3 days, on multiple numbers that I own, simply to indicate my account is now active. Normally, this would be a good thing, right? Well, this is also the same company who I THOUGHT was my new oil company since July, only to find out they denied my account due to credit issues. My point...they told me they have called me on numerous occasions since July to let me know about the credit issue. Interesting! I never received one single phone call, but I sure as hell know their number by heart after the last 3 days! It wasn't until I attempted to schedule my first annual tune up that I realized they did not have me down as a customer. I was hesitant to even allow my wife to join under her name, but we went ahead and did so. Forget about the fact that I don't even know how my credit score had an impact on this company! Needless to say, here we are with our new contract. First delivery comes and take a look at the bill and the price per calling is a legit $1.00 over the agreed upon lock in rate. Oh, because of their error, I have no choice to go on a budget plan...so I guess they figure, might as well try and squeeze one by this guy with his first delivery. I thought PETRO was bad. This company makes PETRO look like the Undisputed King of Oil Companies! I would run as far away as possible with this company. So, to briefly follow up with this company. I had an annual tune up scheduled the other day. I made the appointment months ago. No call or confirmation. So I called them. I was told I would receive a call when they were on their way. 24 hours later...no call and no one showed. So, I called again and spoke with Lucy. She told me she called me to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it. I've owned my phone number for over 25 years and NEVER missed a call in my life. Well, Lucy admitted she lied to me! An absolute disgrace of a company! Never again!

::Nuzzi subcontracts their repair work, and those companies do not respond for many hours. Then, when they do, they do not restore heat; on the contrary, they ask the homeowner to wait 24 hours--all without heat. As a result of their misconduct, I am calling for a total boycott against this company. Please do not do business with them. Choose a home heating oil company that gives a guaranty of two-hour service.

::I have been using them for 1Yr now and I can't wait till my contract is over. The receptionist is ok, but the girl who handles the accounts/billing thinks she the owner and talks down to people. I mean seriously if you don't like what you are doing get the F out of there. She is rude, obnoxious and very very unprofessional. Ofcourse I don't know her name because she refused to tell me after she was obviously RUDE to me. I wouldn't have switched companies, the owner (mr. nuzzi) himself is a great sweet person. Just didn't hire the right girl for the job, sorry two thumbs down!
