  They took down multiple negative reviews several times (not only from me, but from several other customers). Each time they do so, I will be sure to add to my story about company. I will be editing this review to provide information about Nuzzi that has occurred since August of 2017. I am currently in the process of creating my review. It will take some time as the stories and problems are endless. I'm currently waiting for a minimum of a $70.00 bill adjustment, been lied to several times, hung up on, ignored, never actually contracted when I thought I was, and my heat broke down 4 times in 24 hours due to their negligance. I also took off an entire day of work to be home for an annual tune up that never occurred. If I can save at least one customer from dealing with this horrible company, I will feel as if I've helped the Long Island community. Since I last added this review, I finally met someone who actually cares at the company by the name of Carolyn. She made the necessary adjustments to my bill, although their overall neglagance led to my boiler breaking down. Please do not try to even speak to one of the receptionists. She should not even be allowed to interact with customers. She is the rudest woman I have ever met in 42 years.
