  GOOGLE needs to permit ZERO STARS. My sons CURRENT HHA is thee sweetest and most honorable and caring individual, HOWEVER THE AGENCY IS HORRIBLE. My nurse and I agreed that we would both be leaving this agency today. They are unprofessional, rude, they send people to your home without consulting you or contacting you during hours when you haven’t requested for care, they call your house all hours of the night and Day I have documented 20 times in ONE day on several of the MANY occasions. They call the nurse while she is providing care to my son to ask about other cases and her clocking in EVEN AFTER SHE HAS CLOCKED IN. They call my phone and then her phone. I have complained to supervisors and Human Resources and etc. that the harassment has to stop. This is my personal home phone not for them to call me 20 times and even on nights after 11pm when the nurse is not scheduled to work. They docked her pay after I have signed time sheets verifying her presence due to their clock in number having issues EVERY WEEKEND. My building has a Concierge and cameras. My nurse had to take off and even AFTER I instructed them NUMEROUS times to only send my one nurse no matter what the circumstances, they randomly sent someone to my home without even a phone call. The woman showed up here but I didn’t know who she was and she didn’t speak good English. I sent her away. They lady faked my signature and gave it to Nursing Personnel. I found out later when I called them and tried to have my nurse make up the missed hours another day what happened with the fraud. My nurse quit. I had to assist her in filing complaints with the state and she is going to another agency and she will still be my sons nurse.
