  The workers here are great and very knowledgable of hardwares. I purchased a new light bulb for my kitchen, and didn't bother bringing the old one with me (would've spared me a double trip). Anyway, I called them up to inform them that I purchased the wrong sized bulb, and they told me no problem to just come back with the receipt and the bulb for an exchange/refund of the difference. They were quick at handling my case and I was happily on my way. I've purchased that bulb several months ago, no problems yet. I'll definitely purchase another one when I need it. Their prices are affordable, not compared to those other hardware stores that charge high prices.
