::I had similar experiences to the other reviewers. Nuway owner Dave Desilva is more than an incompetent businessman - he is a low life crook who deliberately defrauded his many customers. Fortunately, the NY Attorney General has determined that too.Good riddance!

::This is probably the worst company that I had to deal with. Many a times, they did not deliver on time despite the fact that I had an annual service and automatic delivery plan with them. Today, I ran out of heating oil because they fail to deliver it on time. I have been calling Nu Way on the all of their supplied numbers for the past 7 hours but none of them is getting me to a live operator, just answering machines. Nu Way did NOT call back despite the fact that I had an emergency and the temperatures below freezing.

::This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They did not come to deliver oil when they said they would come, leaving us without oil when we really needed it. Then they overcharged my credit card $300 due to a "typo" and it took them over a month to refund me the money. I called every day for a month and they gave me a different answer every time I called and they never returned my calls when they said they would. They repeatedly lied and never once apologized. I had to drive down to them in person to recover the money after a month of trying to resolve the issue over the phone. They are extremely unprofessional and unethical. Don't use them.

::This is one of the worst companies you can work with. They are dishonest and very unprofessional. I should of read the google reviews before using them. I've made that mistake. They will tell you one thing and next day act like conversation never happened. I have to call 3 times to confirm my deliveries. If you are working with the company, make sure you get names when calling and confirming a service or delivery. Thank god, I didnt experience anything with their exchanging parts. I would believe everything everyone wrote. Of course by canceling I couldnt get my money back for the contract but i didn't care. They are very unprofessional. They were one of the worst mistakes I've made!!!

::Nu Way is terrible, arrogant, uncooperative and unethical. We had a repair contract (paid for) which they would not honor because we did not buy oil from them. Not stated in the contract. Price of their oil was 40 cents/gal above others in our area. Repairs were over charged, I checked with other oil companies. Sent incompetent repair people and had to send others to fix what they broke, They sell biofuel also which I have heard is poor quality, clogs lines. They do not call back at night even though they claim to be 24X7 and they know we run a biz from our home, they don't care. There are many choices, I see no reason to employ them. Avoid.
