  I have been going to now dental for over 40 years and have always been happy with dental work performed. But the office staff was an issue at times. Love the new office staff, very professional and sweet. Dr. Kaufman has performed extensive dental work on me and I am always very happy with results. The hygienist girls are also fabulous -pain free.

  I usually don't spread rumors of who is good who is bad but I have some stuff to get off my chest about NOW DENTAL in Bellmore NY . I went for a cleaning and x-rays . The cleaning went off without a hitch. But the x-rays came back that a crown that they had put in 2 years or so prior need to be replaced. They check the insurance an it came back that I needed to wait till April of 2017 n they will cover it. When it came time for my appointment I again asked them if they made sure it was covered and they said that it was and don't worry about it. Well when I got to the office it was pretty ironic that there was a gentleman that was having a argument with one of the office workers about being charged for something that was done to his teeth that was supposed to be COVERED under insurance. After he was told it would be taken care of I got up and again asked if it was COVERED under ins and was told the same thing don't worry about a thing. Well I received a bill 2 months later that I owed them $ for the crown!!!! After phone calls n aggravation that lasted months they finally told me that someone in the office made a mistake. Mind you , that man n me are not the only ones being taken advantage by this dental comp my elderly parents were also told things were covered and had a big argument with them . They were told to pay a partial payment for THERE mistake !!!!!!! I no the office now has a whole new look ! They got rid of some of the workers because of this reason . I have been a client for NOW DENTAL for probably 20 years !!! Not anymore and neither is my parents. Oh by the way I just got another bill say I owe them for the crown again !!!!! From there lawyer.

  Wonderful and very professional office. The front desk staff was very kind and quickly got me checked in and in the back; Maritza was very helpful and accommodating. I've had bad hygienist in the past that were rough on my teeth, but Alexa was extremely gentle when cleaning my teeth. 5/5 would highly recommend!

  Truly happy to have found such a professional office with such kind, cooperative and educated staff. This office takes the time to ensure everything is perfect for the patient(s). Whether it be implants to appointments, they make sure the patient is always pleased and comfortable. All questions regarding after care, follow-ups, and billing were all met to my complete satisfaction.
