  I will never go anywhere else! From the second I walked in until the second I drove away in my 'new' Jeep Grand Cherokee, everyone at Novak was amazing. Amy, Greg, Frank and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. I can't thank them and everyone else at Novak enough!!

  Annalea was the perfect saleswoman. Never overbearing yet always available. Her knowledge of vehicles is impressive and she was always professional and friendly, as were all the employees we encountered. The indoor lot is a wonderful experience. So glad we found this place.

  This was by far the most knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and courteous dealership we've encountered! The entire staff are Outstanding! The entire process from start to finish was actually pleasurable. Both quick and efficient! They listened to our concerns and took the time to check the issues we had and explained them in detail. We will definitely be back to buy another vehicle and would Highly recommend Novak Motors to all our friends to look here prior to buying a vehicle.   I heard about this dealership through auto trader and read all the great reviews so I decided to come and check it out. This place is great! All the cars are kept inside and are in mint condition with low mileage. I like that they sell different brands of vehicles which gives you a variety to choose from. My sales guy Greg was awesome and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I was going to finance with my credit union and he told me to at least try through them and I ended up with a lower interest rate than my credit union offered. If you are looking for a Jeep, definitely purchase from them!

  Excellent staff. Not your standard used car dealership. Prices are below fair market value and the trade in appraisals are more than fair. Their prices are not too good to be true, it is legit. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
