  The service here is completely horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to absolutely NO ONE. I was not a patient here but this is my daughter second trip here this week. The location in Ft. Worth off Beach St. is even worse.

  Went in for my final DOT physical this morning. Staff was grea. Extremely friendly. Preliminary stuff was thorough. Covered all the bases properly. Doctor checked for all the right stuff. He was a great guy too. Took just under 2 hours but there were several ahead of me. I would recommend Nova Arlington to everyone. Great experience. Thanks to all.
