  Notary stamp was expired. Secretary attempted to scribble out expiration date and replace it. Application will not be accepted by medical board and now have to obtain written recommendations over again. Actual notary not present.

  Wife and I need a bunch of things notarized. This was our primary need. We didn't need a bail bond or legal services. They were prompt and friendly.
