  If I could give it negative stars I would. My building management suggested we call this company and I suggested they never use them again. I called and spoke to someone and scheduled an appointment. The morning of the appointment I called and they said around 12 someone would be there. No one showed. I called multiple times and left messages. Then over the weekend I get a text saying they are sorry the tech did not show up and actions would be taken. So I called again and a made a new appointment. Things seemed promising I spoke on the phone multiple times in the morning and texted with the company. They said they were running late for the appointment and I said ok 2 hours later still nothing. They never showed again. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!
