  I just walked out little while ago from this facility w/o being attended. I waited an hour in the triage room. The doc finally comes in and tells me that I need an X-ray but the tech cannot be reached. He/she is expected to come from one their other locations. Not only I have to wait for this person to come from other location but she/he cannot be reached, outrageous to say the least. I guess they share personnel in the expense of visitors time. I told them that I wish they told me this earlier so that I can decide whether or not to wait. Obviously, I walked out bc who knows when the tech will show up. It is totally unprofessional and unethical practice to cut corners and save money in our expense. I will never go back here again. Hope they are not planning to charge me for the unpleasant visit.

  In and out quickly for the appointment. Everyone so polite and courteous. No paperwork or clipboard entry when I arrived. Clean and modern. Nurse and PA were great. . Explained everything.Excellent experience.

  I was able to make a same day appointment. Staff took me in right away upon arrive. Staff was very friendly. Answered all my concerns. Very clean environment. I definitely recommend this location.

  I liked that I didn't have to wait when I arrived for my appointment, and I liked the bedside manner of the PA who cared for me. Making an appointment was easy, and My overall experience was very good. I would recommend this place.

  Visited this location for an ear flushing. I had some blockage in my left ear. I made an online appointment and checked in digitally and was seen exactly at my appointment time. Check in was easy and staff was extremely friendly. Diane my PA was excellent, knowledgeable and had a great attitude along with the Scribe that took my vitals and assisted. Location was clean and organized. Highly recommend.
