::Made an appointment with them but then showed up and was told he dr isn’t here besides Monday’s and Wednesday’s. Said the answering service only had their other address which is why they must have scheduled me with the wrong office. Extremely annoyed and will be going somewhere else. Left work early for no reason, complete waste of time

::Previous employee Horrible environment to work in. Dirty, mice have been spotted behind my desk. OSHA needs pay them a visit! CMA (Former Employee), Brooklyn, NY – March 6, 2018 Pros: Absolutely nothing Cons: It is a pure disgrace for this dr to even be in this line of work. Let alone be called a DOCTOR. You definitely do not get any where near the pay you should receive. I worked as a CMA there for a few years. When I tell you the job duties you'll be shocked. Plus the pure infested dump of an office. Dr. Ciuffo is the most unprofessional human being I have ever met. He would yell at us in front of patients. Coworkers did not work very well together. One has seniority over the other one. Horrible! Opened up the office. Cleaned, dusted, mopped and threw out the garbage. Shoveled outside the front of the office if it snows. Checked in patients. Checked insurance. Collected copays. Made/confirmed appointments. Filed charts. Checked emails. Roomed patients. Dot physicals. Drew blood. Ekg. Hearing test. Drug screen. Alcohol testing . Breathing tests. Shipped labs. Orderd supplies. Bank deposits. Oh, and you will alternate weekends with the other assistant to work a few hours on Saturday. If the doctor wasn't coming in that day you would have to sit at the front desk by yourself and wait for Dot drivers/Asbestos workers to come in to do drug screens/alcohol testing. However, the front door doesn't lock. So when your doing drug screens or using the restroom someone can easily come in and rob the place. You could never pay me enough to go back. Be very aware!!!!

::Very unorganized and unprofessional staff!! I scheduled an appointment over two weeks ago for my mom to see the doctor and get a refill of her prescriptions, but yet when we arrived at the office for that appointment, we were told that no patients were being seen because the doctor was not coming in today. It sure would have been nice if someone would have had the courtesy and common sense to pick up the phone to inform us and reschedule the appointment rather than having us show up at the office to be turned away. So much for common courtesy to your loyal patients!
