  We wanted to pay them $1600 IN ADVANCE before moving forward with a crown. Times were tough so we would pay here and there. $100 shy of paying off the crown then scheduling the work they turned our account over to collection. I flipped out!!! I’m like “how can you turn me over for collection when I didn’t even schedule the work yet”??? I am prepaying!!!!! Ok, so they without apology corrected the situation. Fast forward, they did the crown and it didn’t fit. They did another mold of it and ordered it and that one didn’t fit either. I went to their sister location in Roswell because I became fed up with this location…. Believe it or not multiple doctors and they never could get it to fit. I am not a dentist but if you can’t get a crown to fit between another crown then do a bridge! To this day every time I eat anything it wedges between the two crowns and causes so much pressure or pain. I am done with dentists! Patient beware!!!

  This has been my first time back in well over a year due to health issues. There have been several staff changes, so I was a little concerned. There was absolutely no need! The front desk staff is welcoming and kind. Chi Chi is an outstanding dental hygienist. She is caring and thorough and took special care of me since I’m a baby at the dentist. 😊. Erica is Dr. Bruno’s assistant. I can’t say enough good things about both of them. They are simply stellar! Dr. Bruno is gentle, soft spoken, and is extraordinarily talented. Erica is amazing. I love her humor and her talent for keeping me calm while I spent 3 hours in the chair. I’m so fortunate to have such an outstanding team at NorthPoint Dental!

  This office is wonderful! Their customer service is exemplary and Dr. Nyugen - aside from having exceptional dentistry skills- has one of the best "bedside manners" ever. He will set you at ease immediately and he and his staff will eliminate any anxiety you have. When you leave- you'll feel great and feel as though you've just made new friends! This is the only place you should go for your dentistry needs!

  I have had two great experiences at Northpoint Dental. Dr Nguyen is always happy and positive and makes you feel at ease. He has done great work on two different crowns I had to have. His Dental Assistant, Kim was great too. Very nice people. I would highly recommend using them.

  I have been coming to Northpoint Dental for many years along with my children and we have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is courteous and always keeps us informed about costs etc before doing any procedure which we appreciate. My recent visit with Karen who is the hygienist was exceptional especially since it was after a TMJ surgery. She was thoughtful and careful and ensured I did not have any discomfort. I would highly recommend them anyone who is looking for a great dental practice to come to.
