  The entire staff of physical therapists are the best. I've had physical therapy in other places, but Northeast Orthopedic in Stont Point is by far, the best.

  One woman behind counter needs people skills... bad. Equipment and room looks sad. Machines beat up. Bad colors on wall, no decorations. Looks like a warehouse. Therapists try hard with what they have. The owners need to sink some money into this place. New city blows this place away.

  I absolutely second everything Joby said in her review. I was embarrassed and humiliated by the woman in the front office. I am clearly in pain and in need of an MRI authorization. She yelled at me and I left totally upset. Horrible experience.

  OMG The worst service ever. Honest to god. They won't even pick up the phone at this location. If you call to make an appointment, it goes to an office in Airmont. For anything else, you need walk in at this location. The ladies that work there are rude too. And not helpful at all. You tell them I called, left messages, and no one called back. They just look at you and don't care. No Joke. Not even exaggerating, happened more than once. The opinions are limited in this area too, I don't have time to take my mom somewhere far for PT. What can I do?
