  I just purchased my car from here today. Muohammad handled the sale and was very helpful and made the process easy and with no pressure at all. He let me test drive the car a good amount of time unlike some other dealerships and that helped me figure out if I liked the car or not. Timo handled all the finances for the purchase and was very personable and friendly. North Park also found some dents and scratches on the car I didn’t know about. They fixed them for me right when they noticed it. Overall our process here was honestly as good as it could get. Everything was smooth and easy, everyone was friendly and great at answering questions.

  Mike Anderson was kind and understanding through the whole process. I had a budget and he was willing to work with the finance department to fit my needs. Even when I thought I was asking for too much Mike reassured me that he was there to help and wanted to make sure I went home happy. I would recommend him to friends and family.

  I am a first time graduate student buyer. I was nervous to go to a dealership. However, this experience has brought me a positive outlook on buying vehicles in the future.   I was in an accident a few a weeks ago and absolutely needed a new car ASAP. Rick Torres was very helpful and understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle. I was concerned about the features and safety of the cars I was interested in and he was very knowledgeable when it came down to it all. Made this process so easy for me and definitely would recommend anyone to work with him! Very pleased with my experience at North Park Mazda!

  Great experience. Dropped car off at 7, Bruce met me at the door and got me checked in quick. He answered all my questions and concerns. While waiting for the shuttle driver (yes, they offer free pick-up and drop off!), they dropped off free breakfast tacos for everyone waiting. The manager, Andrew, asked me if I needed anything. I asked for something about the car and between him and Bruce they started to run around to different departments (parts, sales, etc.) trying to find me the information. They were doing all of this, while still checking in customers, not one complaint from sales people helping me or from customers who were being taken care of pretty quickly. Incredible smooth operation they have there.
