::PLEASE believe these bad reviews when you read them!!! I was optimistic and I figured I would just give it a chance. The wait time was horrendous and the office had absolutely no health care etiquette. Finally saw Dr Tina... it lasted less than 5 minutes!!! Did not even TRY to see what my visit was about or what we could do about the issue UNTIL I made initiative and asked questions that she should be giving me information about to begin with. Walked out with a recommended cream and coupon to buy it.

::Horrible place. go to another place or location if you can. The wait is long over 3 hrs. And they are unorganized.

::As someone with chronic acne I am no stranger to the dermatologist and this one was the worst. Appointments are impossible unless your willing to wait three weeks, yet when you get there the waiting room is always near empty. I was having bad side effects to a medication and couldn't get a doctor to call me back. I had to keep calling them. The topical acne medication caused my skin to be red and raw yet had no effect on the acne, so they added even more ever stronger medication to my regimen. When that caused chemicals burns on my face and neck (yet still didn't help the acne) they told me to use Vaseline and make an appointment to come in. When I tried they couldn't get me in for TWO WEEKS!! You burned my face for Christs sake! You really can't squeez me in for the emergency appointment??! Don't even get me started on the rude receptionists.

::The worst treatment as a patient I have ever experienced. They don't even examine you or ask you anything. They just jump right away into their own conclusions. With Tina, ACNP.

::Horrible. Nurse practitioner Mrs. Tina was extremely rude. She rushed and didn't seem like she wanted to help. I had read good reviews about this place. Actually it was the same dermatology group but in a different location. Paid $125 cash for literally less han 5 minutes & left with the same questions I came with. Terrible service.
