::Awful! I have no idea how are doctors there. Its my PCP and i didn't get medical care when needed them. First time I had to change doctor at 35 weeks of pregnancy. They rejected me. Second time i called 4 weeks in advance for postpartum visit. They scheduled phone registration at 8:45 and appointment at 14:40. I got call at 8:55 and went for appointment thinking that everything is fine, where they said I "didn't pick up the phone" so they didn't register me! And offered to come in 3 weeks. Do not recommend their services!

::Update: I call the main # to get info on the Booster shot at 930a. It's 230p, still no call back. So, i call member services and finally get through, then im told it can take about 24 hrs for a call back. This is who they are now. They were never like this b4 last year. Find a facility that has better accommodations. If i could give them a lower review i would. -10☆ If you care about how you are treated this is not the place for you. In the past the doctors were so nice, the staff and services were quick, now you cant get an appointment until next month, you will wait for lab techs for an hour and even if your doctor sent you a letter to go do blood work it doesn't mean they have the request in. So basically you went in for nothing.

::Great clinic all around. Everyone puts in a good effort and very friendly. Pharmacy is fast and accommodating. Dr Htun my primary care doctor is great too. She’s very thorough and detailed.

::I like this clinic. It's clean, the staff from the reception to nurses, pharmacy and Dr. Sandar Htun are very professional, accommodating, understanding, patient, they don't rush you. They return call promptly. If my father did not change health plan to HMO we would have stayed. I have nothing but good experience in this place.
