  Jessica and Josephine were horrible. Care, professionalism and empathy should be required skills for this type of job and these two had zero of these skills whatsoever. Very disappointed. They should never be in customer facing roles and they simply don’t possess the skills necessary for the job.

  Going for any kind of medical procedure is never fun. That is why it is very important to have the right people around you. Family and friends are great but for the main event the medical team that attend to you during your procedure should be top notch. My experience from beginning to end was great. I was properly informed and updated every step of the way. At my arrival, I saw nothing but pleasant faces and and heard nothing but reassuring voices. The needle insertion was my fear and even that went smoothly. My anaesthesiologist was absolutely fabulous with her multicoloured stethoscope and cap and I was comforted and comfortable from pre to post. I wish everyone had access to this. I send my thanks and would definitely recommend.

  STOP doing business with these people. They have very shady financial practices. Not only did my insurance and employer offer to pay all costs in writing upfront and guarantee payment they actually refused to provide the costs in writing not even an ESTIMATE. ABSOLUTELY SHADY. They are what is wrong with health care in this country. You maye be asking why they wouldn’t accept guaranteed 100% full payment from an insurer and multi million dollar company… because they want to bill patients direct so they can screw them on the bills and manipulate and take advantage of over charging by 200% plus of what the rates are for procedure codes in the market in hopes of patient’s ignorance that will confuse us into being over billed. DOCTORS BEWARE your patients are having headaches dealing with this practice go elsewhere for out patient procedures if you care about your patients and the financial burden places like this put on them. Disgusting.

  My experience at North Crescent was excellent! Everyone I came in contact with was kind, compassionate, and very validating. I was nervous about my procedure, and every one of the staff validated my feelings and put my mind at ease. They explained everything thoroughly so that when I was asked if I had any additional questions, I really couldn't think of one! I felt cared for and confident in the expertise of the whole staff.

  The staff there are excellent. It was empowering seeing all those women in different capacities taking great care of the patients there including me. They are kind and down to earth with a great sense of humor. They made me feel well taken care of and that I was a priority. Thank you to my doctor, Dr. Eaccarino, who has EXCELLENT bedside manner.
