::The reason I give 1 star is simple, the information given to me was incomplete everytime I called; except one time. The representatives were giving different info causing waste of time. A representative named Kimberly had an overly authoritarian attitude. She had no tact at all. BTW, if you are reading this post, you got my info, call me. I am rude person too, but I know when, who and where to be rude. You are serving people in a public position, yes taxpayers, we pay your behind to be efficient and candid with the people that are struggling financially, in my case, an honorable veteran looking for a job and trying not to be a lazy person. I will pay anyone if a soldier on duty will disrespect a citizen and not get punished. Kimberly, you need some training on customer service ettiquete. Be candid. Don't confuse efficiency with rudeness because I can be rude too. Your communication skills (listening and voice tone) does not match your audience, and in your case, your audience is different everytime you answer that phone, so listen first the person and adjust fire.
