  The staff at NBFD&O were amazing. Very accommodating of an adult who is uncomfortable in the dentist’s chair (and in pain)! Major work was done without a hitch. Dr Plawner has a knack for answering the FAQuestions before they are asked which makes for a great visit. Alena was a superb DA as well! Thanks to all. Mr. Ramsey

  I am a patient I had the worst fears for dentist. Going to this office has put all of that to rest. DR Plawner was the most amazing dentist I ever had. The fear of pain there was non the office made me feel so relax . I would recommend this office 100%

  Truly amazing and Profesional staff! I’m very pleased with the overall experience after not having a check up in over 14 years. Same day work was done after a detailed explanation of how my benefits work, their findings and options available!   I had the pleasure of having my root canal performed by Dr.Abbasi and her assistant Alena. I was very apprehensive at the beginning. I take great pride in caring for my teeth so at the news of me needing a root canal I was floored. I was very nervous about the process and about the time i would be in the chair. I was very anxious when they began but Alena was very reassuring. Her reassuring little taps throughout the procedure comforted me. They kept me aware of what they were doing the entire time and coached me through it. I felt it was a journey and they helped me get through it as painless and easy as possible. I really felt no pain at all just the usual open mouth discomfort. Very professional doctor and staff and really are very good at what they do. Very skilled and patient. Thank you for my experience.
