  These people are criminals, pure and simple. There have been months when they do not send a bill and then they hit their customers with bogus interest charges the next month. I have never seen the extent of the corruption the utilities in North Bergen pull. They should be taken to court and forced to reimburse the customers they've stolen from!

  North Bergen is the worse town I ever deal with. You call any department and the answering machine transfer you but because no one answers it takes you back to the main menu. You have to choose an option again, be transfer again just to return to the main menu again. Wonder why it seems they are always so busy to answer the phone, if the place was being properly manage the customer service would be much better.
