  Long waits for no reason for a simple oil change. They are always ready to ask you to give them 5 stars across the board if you receive a survey about their service, but they are not interested in actually offering you a 5 star service experience. They are not bad, but they could be a lot better.

  Went here with my SO as he was having oil change done on his caddy.tge staff were really polite and friendly gave great detail and even provided quotes wanted for future works. And when we said we would be back after going for lunch they showed great concern in our welfare as we had chosen to walk during freezing weather making sure we were going to be ok. Wonderful service in my experience

  5 Starb service all around. Last couple of times I have dealing with Theo service advisor, Mr. Morino, and he is the BEST. I'm very sure other advisors are pretty good as well.

  Coming here for my first service after purchasing a Buick Enclave. I feel I made the best choice! The customer service here is above and beyond 5 stars! Not only was I a first timer here, but I also am not from the area and needed a ride to the train. Their dedication to making sure I was able to get a ride there and back again when I had to pick up my car. They excelled. Everyone is so genuinely friendly and professional. I left with no concerns. I will definitely do the distance even after I move to New Jersey, that's how great they are here, definitely worth it.

  Loved the place. I been here a couple of time to have basic warranty covered maintenance and repairs. My service adviser is usually Marino, who is great. I am reminded of professional integrity whenever I come to to this servicing center.
