  They we're 2 weeks late for delivery and damaged 2 pieces of furniture, when we filled the claim they go by cents a pound or some such ridiculousness. So the offered to pay $20 on a $350 item that was ruined! And 6 months later we still don't have the $20 claim payment from them!! No follow up through this whole process before we received our items late as well.
