  Las casas estan bien el dueño es la persona mas tacaña que eh conocido. En un año que estuve ahi no pudo reparar las ventanas para no gastar dinero. Nunca pude abrir esas ventanas en todo el verano. The apartments are in good condition but don't expect the landlord to fix anything. He is the most stingy person I've met. He wouldn't fix the windows on the apartment just to save a couple of bucks.
