  This is a humble little RV Park -- probably one of the last vestiges of affordable housing remaining in the South Bay. Most folks here are elderly and on a fixed income. I applaude the land owner for not caving in to gentrification greed,

  I’ve lived off and on with my boyfriend’s mom it’s an ok park they can be strick but for the most part it’s chill no one will bother you if you stick to yourself snd just mind your own

  Its not a bad place to live. Its actually very quite u will have ur busy bodies but all in all it is not bad. And the rent is cheap.
