  Love this place. Sara in women’s shoes is my go to helper. She always finds the shoes I need, even if she has to call around. So helpful. Thank you for all the shoes! I’m sad they don’t support alterations anymore, but I found a new cobbler and I am set.

  Very well stocked and organized higher end department store. The employees at this location were very helpful with quite the personalities to boot. Not your average Joes looking to clock out and scurry on home. I've been here numerous times and am never disappointed. Will visit again.

  I like Nordstrom. Villemont in the children shoe department is a remarkable young salesman. I am impressed!

  This used to be a one-stop shop for men's work clothes, suits, jeans, etc. I've noticed the past few times that they don't have the inventory that they rarely have my size (always have one smaller and one larger) and the canned response is "we can order it online for you." The reason that I take the time to go to a store like Nordstrom is to see if something fits before spending a lot of money. Fortunately several of their competitors have a better inventory.

  Pentagon City's Nordstrom is a great stop for quality clothing in the DC area. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff abound, the store has a decently good layout, and the cafe is surprisingly good. Maintains the Nordstrom brand's reputation for excellence.
